What is SOOW Cable?
This cable is designed for heavy-duty industrial use in portable control cable applications including fire alarm controls, push-button stations in remote control circuits, motor leads, and temperature control systems. Our selection of SOOW cord features bare annealed copper conductors, EPDM insulation, and thermoset CPE jackets with paper tape separators which facilitate stripping. These 2 AWG to 8 AWG SOOW Cables have a temperature rating of -50°C to +90°C, a voltage rating of up to 600 volts and are MSHA and OSHA acceptable.
