Speed up drying, reduce formation of mold and mildew
When storms and floods cause interior water damage to houses and buildings, MovinCool® portable spot air conditioners have a vital role to play. "Our portable spot air conditioners can do more than just provide cold air," said David Keller, MovinCool sales manager. "They can also dry out wet environments faster than conventional methods, to reduce the formation of mold and mildew, and keep them from spreading further." MovinCool's dehumidification technology uses powerful, industrial-strength blowers to draw in moist air and push out dry air, which can be directed right where it's needed most. The result is substantially quicker recovery than with fans or dehumidifiers, reducing restoration costs. It's worth noting that while it's not unusual for a water damage removal company to work independently of a water damage restoration company, often the same company will perform both removal and restoration services. Thank you for making this such an awesome post!

While water damage restoration usually does not require certification, it should ideally be performed by a water damage restoration specialist who is equipped with the right tools and knowledge to do so.

Aside from knowing where to look, water damage restoration specialists should also know what to look for. Water damage can still be present in areas that don’t contain or seemingly haven’t been affected by any of the major causes listed above.
